Privacy Policy
LittleClover is a daily family log maintained by parents and other caregivers. This policy explains what information the app handles, how it supports household coordination, and the choices available to you.

LittleClover does not require a LittleClover account, does not operate an advertising or analytics profile about your family, does not sell personal information, and does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics SDKs.
Your family log starts on your device. Optional multi-device and invited-family collaboration uses Apple iCloud and is enabled only when you choose that feature.
Caregivers create a family workspace and decide what to enter. Depending on the features they use, entries may include family profile names or nicknames, profile dates and optional profile labels, feeding events, sleep sessions, diaper changes, everyday height or weight measurements, reminders, messages, photos, soothing-sound recordings, and other free-form notes.
These entries are created and maintained by caregivers as an operational household log: to remember daily routines, understand what other caregivers have already done, coordinate the next task, review family activity, and create exports or shared family moments. LittleClover does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatment, calculate medication doses, or provide clinical monitoring.
By default, LittleClover stores the family log locally on your device. If you enable multi-device or family collaboration, the applicable workspace and entries are transmitted to and stored in your Apple iCloud account through CloudKit so participating devices and invited family members can work with the same log.
Apple provides account authentication, cloud storage, availability, security, and sharing infrastructure. LittleClover does not receive your Apple ID password or payment details and does not copy the family log to a separate developer-operated sync server.
If you invite another caregiver, the shared family workspace may be available to that person according to the permissions shown in the app. Invited caregivers may view or update shared entries. Only invite people you trust to participate in the family log.
If you choose to contact support or send feedback, your email message may include the email address you send from, the content you write, and limited diagnostics such as app name, app version, iOS version, device model, locale, and cloud sync status. These details are used only to respond to your message and troubleshoot issues.
Feedback emails are optional. You can review, edit, or remove any included information before sending the email.
If LittleClover offers paid features or subscriptions, purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. LittleClover may use purchase and entitlement status provided by Apple to unlock paid features, but it does not receive your credit card number or other payment account details.
LittleClover does not sell your personal information and does not share your app records with advertisers, data brokers, or third-party analytics services.
The app relies on Apple services for optional cloud collaboration, App Store purchases, and Mail or your chosen email app when you use those features. Apple’s CloudKit service provides the iCloud storage and sharing layer. Information handled by Apple services is also subject to Apple's terms and privacy policy.
Entries remain on your device until you edit or delete them in the app, delete a family, delete the app, or erase the device. When optional collaboration is enabled, applicable entries remain in iCloud until they are deleted through the app or Apple’s storage controls; changes and deletions may also propagate to participating devices and invited caregivers.
You can keep using the app locally, stop participating in a shared family, remove invited caregivers where available, delete entries in the app, or manage the app’s iCloud storage from iOS Settings and your Apple ID controls.
Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request, troubleshoot issues, keep support records, or comply with legal obligations.
LittleClover is intended for use by parents and caregivers, not by children. The app may contain nicknames and routine family-log entries relating to a baby or child when an adult caregiver chooses to enter them, but LittleClover does not knowingly collect information directly from children.
LittleClover is designed to minimize data collection and avoid unnecessary servers. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. Keep your device and Apple account protected with appropriate security settings.
This policy may be updated when LittleClover changes or when legal, technical, or App Store requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when meaningful changes are made.
